This is an offer for women between the ages of 30 and 75 who are looking to lose 10 or more pounds at a rate of .5 to 2 pounds per week, and have tried five or more diets in their lives in years past. You know there must be more to permanently lose weight than solely calories in, calories out and tracking macros but aren't sure what else is available, as even tracking calories and macros isn’t working.
You are a best fit for this program when you're at a standstill with yourself; you conceptually feel you know what to do, but there seems to be a reason why the weight loss has been evasive, and it's a reason that you're now ready to embrace.
That's right, to embrace. Not to confront, challenge, or dismiss.
It's a reason that has kept you safe, albeit uncomfortably safe, because it's kept things uncomfortably (miserably?) the same for years in their lives, even decades. The diet cycle, though you want it to end, is comfortably familiar. And your nervous system will choose familiar over new until your capacity for more, well, life, increases.
During our six, 60-minute sessions together, you gain and create the aforementioned capacity to be able to lose your desired amount of weight. And this time, you lose your weight your way with loving, simple principles that contribute to your experience of life, not take away from it.
When the above occurs, it becomes easy to show up to any situation and know what to do when it comes to losing weight.
Learning how to feel your feelings all the way through is what the diets have not taught you—and it is how you will build your nervous system’s capacity to readily eat and live in a way that adds to your life, releases pounds from your body, and creates the ripple effect you’ve desired in your life for a long time. Because how we do one thing is how we do everything :)
All of the above happens in the six weeks of private sessions together. From there, you graduate from our private sessions to unlimited weekly group coaching and unlimited written coaching. While I recommend a commitment of three months of attendance for the weekly live coaching, you will find the rhythm that best supports you as you engage in this work.
Your mindful weight loss is created with the following four steps:
You begin using the simple daily journal, where you make decisions about your meal choices one day at a time.
You learn a practical way to begin intermittent fasting and choosing best-for-you meals, with the primary reason to build trust with your hunger and satisfaction cues. Intentionally choosing when you do, and do not, eat, is a healthful pursuit with a side benefit of weight loss. You learn how to naturally diffuse your urgent overdesire and overhunger for foods by creating awareness around your body and brain.
You also learn the foundational principles upon which your body works, from digestion, blood sugar regulation, flour and sugar intake, detoxification, and how to most effectively support your body to readily access its own energy between meals with no hangriness, confusion, or any 2 PM slump.
You learn simple, body-based techniques that help you process your thoughts and feelings from a body-first perspective. When your feelings become safe to not just logically think about, but to fully experience emotionally, too, you will naturally make the food decisions that align with your personal values instead of defaulting to urges and cravings. This means you learn how to effectively fill your own cup in ways beyond reaching for snacks or drinks.
This experience is for the woman who takes responsibility for her future, and you are bravely ready to embrace yourself fully as you take the new steps to craft a life you love--with the side benefit of your body readily releasing the weight its been playing safe with.
The investment is $5000, which may be paid in full or over a six month payment plan.
I have found that the investment pales in comparison to the cost of the endless number of yearly bootcamps and forgotten about gym memberships, good food/bad food lists from influencers and health authorities, quickly purchased quarterly superfoods, the hottest supplements, and seemingly inescapable emotional drama (like stress-related doctor’s visits and Youtubing if coolsculpting really does work) that rears its head more often than not that many, many women purchase (secretly or not) every year.
