This is ideal for someone who needs guidance and is willing to optimize how their body functions for long-term fat loss, muscle gain, and metabolic recovery.
We will be working together on total amounts of food eaten, ratios of macronutrients eaten, and weekly strength training in a progressive overload to build muscle mass.
You must be ready for this process taking more than 1-2 months. These are lifelong habits for your lifelong transformation. You must be mature enough to log your food daily and follow the weekly workouts.
If you need support with your relationship with food, work with a therapist. If you do not need that level of support but do want to explore your relationship to food, consider taking the self-study course.
