When you realize that your weight-loss resistance isn’t your fault, you’ll realize that low energy, poor sleep, mental fogginess, and low moods aren’t, either.
My 10-week Mindfulness-Based Weight Loss Program is useful if you find losing weight and keeping it off challenging and you’re ready for that to change without spending time exercising intensely or counting macros, points, or calories.
If you have a hard time understanding why you gain weight year after year, and your mind is filled with confusion about what to do from an emotional and metabolic standpoint, come learn how straightforward weight loss can be again using scientifically validated, simple and compassionate strategies.
You will shift towards real, unprocessed foods while taking a break from sugar and flour for 6 weeks to give your metabolism a break from storage mode, and then together we will reintegrate these foods to the degree that feels good for you during the remaining 4 weeks of the program.
My clients lose multiple pounds per week when they follow the three simple program steps.
In our 10-week program, you will:
Learn the three tools to help you lose weight comfortably to build a relationship with yourself that is kind and grounded in the reality that you are worthy of feeling amazing
Practice turning towards the goodness of right now, so that you feel safe to build newer, loving habits
Eat foods that make you feel wonderful, based on building your interoceptive awareness

Program fee is $1000, which can be paid in full or over a payment plan.
