In this episode, I'm joined by Lisa Kilgour, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.), sought-after speaker, educator and writer who specializes in real life healthy eating. Refusing to accept a one-size-fits all approach to nutrition, Lisa teaches the skills to uncover your own unique health puzzle and find the way of eating that keeps your body and mind happy and healthy. In 2015, Lisa spoke about the gut-brain connection at TEDx Kelowna and in 2010 was voted “BC’s Favorite Nutritionist” by Natural Care Canada. Lisa lives in the breathtaking Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada surrounded by local, healthy food and stunning scenery with her three rambunctious cats and partner Michael.
